Betty Combie is the Managing Director/owner of Moz Inc. – a training and consulting firm specializing in quality management systems (QMS) and its related areas of effective management, project management, strategic planning, process management, customer satisfaction, teambuilding, etc. She has over 35 years’ experience in people development and close to 15 years’ experience in organisational improvement. She is well-known for her simple, practical, story-telling and engaging approach.

Betty Combie possesses a master’s degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and is a certified project management professional (PMP). She has attained achievement certificates as a lead auditor for ISO 9001 – Requirements for quality management systems and ISO 14001 – Requirements for environmental management systems and for the course entitled: Managing Quality for Business Improvement.

She currently serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards Technical Committee for Management Services involved in the review of management system standards. She is a member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Technical Committee 176/Task Group 4 – Emerging Trends in Quality.
